When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 2 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

  • General goods: 1–2 weeks for delivery

  • Toy guns: 2–3 weeks for delivery

A tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Note: Most of our products ship free of charge. However, some countries cannot be served by standard logistics, in which case an additional shipping fee may apply.

How can I track my order?

What is the shipping process?

  1. Order leaves our warehouse and goes to the distribution center

  2. Distribution center staff scans and prepares parcels

  3. Customs clearance in China

  4. Transfer to the airport and await air shipment

  5. Air transport to your country

  6. Customs clearance in your country

  7. Final delivery by local courier (e.g., USPS for U.S. orders)

USPS Logistics (USA Orders)

Your package will depart China via our upgraded logistics network. During the initial international transit phase, real-time tracking updates may not be available.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Phase 1 – International Transit
    Tracking will activate within 12 business days after the tracking number is issued, showing successful USPS handover at Los Angeles Gateway (LAX).

  • Phase 2 – Final Delivery
    USPS will deliver within 3–5 business days after customs clearance.

Proactive Monitoring by Our Team:

  • Daily system checks and syncs

  • Priority inquiry if no update by Day 14

  • Immediate email notification once USPS confirms the scan

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order so we can adjust the shipping fee based on your items and location.

Yes. Changes can be made until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day you placed your order.
