Return policy

Order Cancellation​
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

​Return Policy​
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated after 30 days.

​Return Conditions​

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received
  • Original packaging must be intact and included
  • Proof of purchase or valid receipt is required

​Non-Returnable Items​

  • Simulated toy guns
  • Items received more than 30 days ago
  • Sale items (only regularly priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded)

​Special Notes​

  • Do not return products to the manufacturer
  • Partial refunds may be issued for items damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to us

​Refund Process​
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within the specified number of days.

​Missing or Delayed Refunds​

  1. Check your bank account statement first
  2. Contact your credit card issuer (refunds may take time to post)
  3. Check with your bank (processing times may vary)

​Exchange Policy​
We only replace items that are defective or damaged during shipping. To report a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@nbtactical.com.

​Gift Returns​

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: You will receive gift credit upon return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after the return is processed.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver: The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (non-refundable)
  3. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary by location
  4. For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (we cannot guarantee compensation for lost returns)
